What Practice Verification Includes

When you see the "Verified Practice" badge on a Premium tier listing, it means we have confirmed:

  • Business Documentation: The practice has provided valid business registration or professional practice documentation
  • License Confirmation: Professional license number has been provided and is on record
  • Complete Profile Information: The therapist has provided comprehensive details including credentials, years of experience, insurance acceptance, and session fees
  • Contact Verification: We have confirmed the practice's contact information is accurate and current

Verification is valid for 12 months and must be renewed annually to maintain the badge.

What Practice Verification Does NOT Include

It's important to understand what our verification process does not cover:

  • Clinical Outcomes: We do not evaluate or guarantee the quality of care, treatment effectiveness, or patient outcomes
  • Patient Satisfaction: We do not collect or verify patient reviews, ratings, or satisfaction scores
  • Therapeutic Approach: We do not evaluate or endorse specific therapeutic methods or faith integration practices
  • Professional Competence: We do not assess clinical skills, expertise level, or professional competence beyond basic credential verification
  • Ongoing Monitoring: We do not continuously monitor practices for disciplinary actions or license status changes between annual renewals

Premium listings receive practice verification badges and must provide complete profile information including license number, years of experience, credentials, insurance details, and session fees. Limited to 10 per state for exclusivity.

✨ Featured Tier ($25/month)

Featured listings receive enhanced visibility and can display insurance verification badges when they provide insurance information.

Featured tier is payment-based and does not include practice verification.

Free Tier

Free listings appear in search results with basic profile information and contact details.

Free tier does not include verification badges or enhanced visibility features.
